In the following post, we will describe some perspectives that will tell you the authenticity and along with that, the miraculous nature of this last Divine Book named Quran. Those, who do not believe or have decided not to believe, will not understand the perspectives described in this post. They need to see the truth around them before. If guidance has been decided for them, they will get it, otherwise, will fail.
The Quran says about the failed people,
“And even if We had sent down unto them angels, and the dead had spoken to them, and We had gathered all things before their very eyes, even then they would not have believed, unless Allah willed, but most of them are ignorant!” (6:111)
This verse confirms that unbelievers will not inspire even with the greatest of miracles, because they have no eyes to see this undoubted truth. These miracles are only for those who want to get guidance from the Holy Quran.
Unquestionable Truth
A Muslim believes that every word of this Divine book is the truth and nothing is false in it. They have developed this belief because Allah Almighty says in the Quran,
“And if you are in doubt as to what We have sent down to Our servant, then produce a surah similar to it, if you are truthful. But if you do not do it and of a surety, you cannot do it then fear the Fire whose fuel is of men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.” (Surah al-Baqarah 2:23-24)
In this verse, Allah Almighty has given an open challenge to all who are doubtful about the truthfulness of the Quran. More than 1400 years have passed and not a single person is in this world, who can give proof against it. We believe that it will not happen till the Day of Judgment.
It is not forged or fabricated
Another open challenge to all unbelievers is that they must prove that even a single word is forged or fabricated in this book. The Quran says,
“Or do they say, He (Muhammad) has forged it! Say: Bring then a Surah like unto it and call upon whomsoever you can, besides Allah, if you are truthful.” (10:38)
The Predictions
When we believe that the Quran is the word of Allah, we feel natural that the predictions given in it are all true. Allah Almighty has given predictions in the Quran to help the people realize the future to some extent and prepare themselves accordingly. The Quran was revealed to the people of all ages, periods, and eras and therefore, have predictions that are related to the past, present, and future. Let’s give you some examples!
“Alif-Laam,-Meem. The Romans have been defeated. In a land nearby, and they, after their defeat, will be victorious. Within three to nine years and on that day, the Muslims will rejoice (celebrate) with the help of Allah.” (30:1-5)
“This day shall We save thee in thy body, that thou mayest be a sign to those who come after thee! But verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Signs!” (10:92)
In the first verse, there are two predictions. In the first part, Allah says that the Romans will be defeated by the Iranians in the first fight between them. And after just a few years, they will win. The same happened after some time when Iranians were defeated in the first fight between the two and only after seven years, the Romans got success. The second prediction in this verse is that the Muslims will also rejoice on the same day. On the same day when the Romans defeated Iranians, the Muslims became victorious against Kuffar-e-Makkah in the battle of Badr.
The second verse is about the preservation of the body of Pharaoh. Allah says in the Quran that the body of Pharaoh has been preserved for the people to learn from it. Pharaoh was drowned in the River Nile and after many centuries of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the mummy of Pharaoh was discovered.
Conclusion:
The predictions and miraculous nature of the Quran are for the guidance of the Muslims and all those who want to find the righteous path. The above-described predictions are just two examples as to when we read the Quran with the concept of learning, we will find that there are numerous messages in it. We just need to keep our eyes open and understand what the Quran wants from us.
