At QuranHost, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our students. Please read the following terms carefully before enrolling in our online Quran classes. Our goal is to ensure every student and parent understands exactly how billing, refunds, cancellations, and make-up sessions work.
Enrollment and Withdrawal Terms
We offer a full refund of the monthly fee only if the student requests cancellation before the start of the billing month and no classes have been taken.
- Full Refunds: A full refund of the monthly fee is offered only if the student requests cancellation before the start of the billing month and no classes have been taken.
- Pre-Cycle Withdrawal: We offer a full refund of the Online Quran Learning Fee if a student formally withdraws before the start of the monthly billing cycle.
- Non-Refundable Status: Once regular sessions have been confirmed and the student has either attended a class or remained absent without prior notice, the monthly fee becomes non-refundable.
Policy for Leaves, Absences, and Academic Holidays
- Formal Notification: To pause or terminate enrollment, students or parents must notify the Admin Team via our official email address before the start of the next month.
- Late Notification: Failure to provide notice before the start of a new month will result in the full monthly fee being applied to maintain the tutor’s schedule.
- Unexcused Absence: No refunds or make-up sessions will be entertained for student absences where no prior notice was provided to the Admin Team.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice Requirement: Students and parents must notify QuranHost via official email or support channels before the start of the next billing cycle to cancel classes.
- Advance Notification: Failure to notify in advance will result in the full monthly fee being applicable.
Public Holidays
- Institutional Holidays: QuranHost observes specific academic breaks, including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and brief Winter or Summer breaks.
- Public Holiday Policy: Following the standard practice of schools and educational academies worldwide, refunds or credits are not provided for public holidays.
- Non-Instructional Days: Public holidays are considered non-instructional days; therefore, make-up classes are not offered for sessions falling on these dates.
- Prior Notification: The academy will notify parents in advance of all scheduled holiday closures via official communication channels.
Academy Performance Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and reliability of our service.
- Service Interruptions (Academy-Related Absences): If a class is missed due to a technical or personal issue from our side, a full make-up session will be guaranteed at your convenience.
- Overpayments: In the event of an accidental overpayment, any excess amount will be acknowledged and refunded within 24 hours of confirmation.
