Question 1

Is there a free trial class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every student gets up to 3 free trial classes with no obligation or credit card required. We want you to experience our teaching quality before committing.

Question 2

Can I change my plan?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Question 3

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for each additional sibling from the same household enrolling in classes.

Question 4

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No hidden fees. The price you see covers everything — tutor fees, learning materials, and progress reports.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely through our billing system.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. We just ask for reasonable notice before the next billing date.

Question 7

Is it a live class or a video-recorded session?

Accepted Answer

Every class is live and one-to-one with your own dedicated tutor — never a pre-recorded video. Because the lesson happens in real time, your teacher can answer questions the moment they arise, correct your recitation on the spot, and adjust the pace to suit you. Sessions are held over familiar video-calling apps such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype, so you can join comfortably from home.

Question 8

Is it permissible to accept payment for teaching the Quran?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The majority of scholars permit teaching the Quran for a fee. This is supported by the authentic narration in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Indeed, the most deserving of things for which you take payment is the Book of Allah” (Sahih al-Bukhari 5737). A fair fee allows qualified teachers to devote their time fully to their students and to support their families, while learners receive dedicated, structured guidance. For a detailed ruling on your specific situation, we always encourage you to consult a trusted local scholar.

Question 9

Can I change my teacher in the future?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. If your current teacher isn’t the right fit — whether it’s a timing clash or simply a difference in teaching style — you can request a change at any time, and we’ll do our best to match you with a tutor who suits you better. Our aim is for every student to feel comfortable and make steady progress.
